this lovely three tiered stand features Johnson Brothers old Britain castle as the top tier featuring a steamboat pattern from 1930s. The middle tier is the deep cobalt blue onion style transfer where with a scallop piecrust and the base is a large scale English iron stone floral. The star is the Johnson Brothers steamboat puffing away as the top tier. These pieces were the gold standard for transfer aware. Their second act is to be a statement piece for a brunch table or COASTAL sideboard. It brings the weight and history of English ironstone.
