I purchased it for my granddaughter and she wants to do unicorns instead of these. Never been assembled or used. The red and the white on the top has a velvety feel to it. Unit can spin around. I do have the original box and it is in great shape. Carousel is: 12" tall x 10" wide Horses are: 5" tall x 3 1/4" wide
