A rare find!!! Treicheln (acorn shaped) cowbell. Closeup photo shows very faint “Leichtenstein. Contains ring for hanging, but can stand as well (strap against a wall, backdrop, etc.) Magnet does stick so not brass (these are historically made from hammered sheet metal.) 6 3/4” without ring. (Bell 2 1/4”) Used for cows, but also sheep or goats, or to ring in competitions/festival events, and as souvenirs. A unique “piece of the Alps.”
