Beautiful antique covered sugar bowl with an impressive urn-shaped form, deeply fluted body, ornate raised detailing, and dramatic lion-mask handles with swinging ring pulls. The domed lid features a decorative finial and scalloped detailing, while the pedestal base gives it an especially elegant presence. The piece has wonderful Victorian-inspired character and would make a gorgeous addition to a traditional tea service, antique silver collection, or English country-house display.
