100% cotton bag with adjustable tie strap and a graphic of Kermit the Frog, by The Muppets Holding Company LLC / FAB Starpoint, 2009. Bag measures 11x5x18". The strap rises16" from the top of the bag, but is adjustable. It ties to a metal loop on one side. There is a small zippered pocket inside and the bottom is lined with plastic. The bag has a small hook and loop closure. There are a few small brown spots on the fabric and some fading of the strap fabric. See photos.
