I have checked the bird and I don't believe he has any chips. There are some spots that look like were the glass was cut off. I thought there was a signature or mark (took a picture)on the side, but may just be the way the glass formed. 9 inches by 3 inches... 1.6 lbs...Gorgeous bird!!
