I Love/hate the game but mostly love golf. I try and get people started with golf on a reasonable budget. The $$$ is the 1st thing that turns people away from this great game. The community on WN is amazing and gives people the chance to afford the basics. My grandfather started me off with an old set of Wilson blades when I was 10yrs old. He said taking care of your clubs is just as important as learning to use them. He taught me the basics at first, next thing you know I'm repairing persimmon woods.
