This extremely old and rare coin from 1797 is an amazing example of a 8 reales. The coin has chopmarks on it from when it was being traded around in China. It is said that the merchants stamped the coins to mark the premium full size coins. Minted in Mexico at the Mexican mint for Spain 🇪🇸 in 1797. Never been cleaned.
