Beautiful pale light blue ethereal or whimsical scarf or sash. Faux pearls on one half of the scarf, on the diagonal. Likely a vintage hair scarf! Made in Japan. Very fine nylon material. Some loose threads. Very French, Parisian, and Cinderella inspired!
