You will receive a plant like the one pictured. This plant is rooted. It will ship bare root. Please be mindful of weather conditions in your area. Plants ship from California. Heat packs are available in my shop. I am not responsible for damages caused by weather conditions. Once package is dropped off I am not responsible for damages caused by carrier or any delays. Plants are living things, shipping may cause them stress. Some fallen leaves or dirt in the box is normal. If there is a problem with your order please contact me immediately and provide pictures.
