A trip to our fields in a bag! This is the stone mix that covers the hills in the areas where we collect our Arizona Rainbow Petrified Wood. The mix always includes small petrified wood pieces, jasper, and "river rock" gravel. It might also include weather smoothed quartz and other local minerals. There is a possibility that it could contain other types of fossils found in the area. Unsorted and uncleaned. We scoop it off the ground and send it straight to you for your own rockhound treasure hunt. While some of the pieces in the rockhound mix are suitable for tumbling, please note that it is not intended as a tumbling mix and includes pieces of various sizes, from very small, up to about 2 inches.
