This is a set of 24-inch Raggedy Ann and Andy Dolls (one of each). I bought them from the second owner, whose mother bought them for her in 1951. They were handmade sometime during the mid-late 1940s. Both dolls have been extremely well taken care of, and they look absolutely amazing considering their age! The dolls themselves are in excellent stain-free condition, with the iconic "I Love You" tattoo on each doll's tummy. The only flaw is a small group of snags in the Ann doll's right leg (i.e., stocking). The snags aren't running like they would in a pair of "human" stockings. They're basically just tiny holes. Both dolls are wearing their original clothing, which does include some small minor stains. The stains are all light in color, and most are only visible upon close inspection. The only noticeable stain is a small group of light brown spots on Andy's hat. There's a decent chance that some (possibly all) of the stains can be removed. Neither I nor the previous owner attempted to remove them. I've included photos of all flaws that I am aware of.
