This is a collectible item manufactured by Pal Bell, with a made in Israel stamp on the bottom. The shield/door on the front hinges to allow the bottle to rest on its side, as pictured. Chain on the front of the caddy appears to have been modified (or attempted to be fixed). Measures at 13 in tall. Sold in As-Is Condition.
