This cover is very rare in a 9.8 grade, which can be seen in the picture of the population report included in the listing - CGC has only produced 22 of this in a 9.8. This book will always stay in magnificent condition due to being sealed into the hard graded slab, and there can be no doubt about the recognition of both of the main parties in this book.
