Species: Amethyst “Red Cap” crystal This unique “red cap” (hematite covered) amethyst crystal was self collected! We dug these crystals in Thunder Bay, Ontario, in June 2025. It has not been polished and has a small chip on the termination—it has been mounted on a 1” acrylic base, which may be removed if you prefer.
