Beautiful vintage Staffordshire Enamels hand painted English enamel trinket / pill box, made in England. The lid features a blue enamel background with hand painted white daisies surrounding the quote: “A friend is the one who comes in when the whole world has gone out.” The interior is finished in white enamel and marked Staffordshire Enamels – Made in England. This piece comes with a Crummles hand painted English enamels storage box. Please note the storage box is not the same maker, but it is included for storage and presentation. Overall the piece appears to be in good vintage condition. It may benefit from light cleaning, and there is a small chip near the front edge of the lid close to the clasp.
