This is a faithful recreation of the very first comic to ever feature the full Fantastic Four in the same story. Being an actual representation of the original issue #1 of the franchise, even a facsimile printed 64 years later will likely forever grow in value. As an added bonus, the number of these floating around out there still sealed in a softslab is exceptionally low. This issue is uncirculated and sealed in a softslab by the distributor - never read and never handled by passers-by at a comic shop while on the shelf. These are obtained directly from the distributor and stored in a locked graded-comic-sized case to prevent sunlight or other elements touching it.
