This is Issue #1 of the coveted Spider-Man '94 limited series in an extremely rare cover version made specially by John Giang. The Certificate of Authenticity comes along with this item showing the number of prints were limited to just 1600 worldwide. Moreover, this is graded at a 9.6, making it one of the rarest possible copies of this issue a person can obtain. The cover art is absolutely stunning, this is DEFINITELY my favorite cover art from this series. You will not likely ever see an item like this for sale again (I found 2 on ebay for about $100 each without the COA).
