This is a very hard to find size, as It measures 23.16mm or ring size of 14 1/2-14 3/4 (according to chat gpt). It falls off the mandrel. It weighs 17 grams and has been acid tested by me. This ring is seems quite old and was likely part of old time bartering methods from the South. It is a handsome piece of jewelry.
