1983 Galoob Inspector Gadget complete and working. The markings say D.I.C Bandai. This version has articulation at the shoulder and elbow. Cracks on helicopters handles, small staining on jacket and arm, rip on hammer sticker, cuffs and helicopter metal are discolored (see photos).
