The difference between spectrolite and other labradorites is that Finnish spectrolite labradorite has considerably richer, stronger and larger colourfulness, caused by its opaque base color as other labradorites have a transparent base colors. The colors of spectrolite include all colors in spectrum; mostly blue, green, yellow and purple often compared to Northern Lights, Aurora, Rainbow and Butterfly wing.
