ALL-PURPOSE: This solution is the go-to for most metals as it functions in an "All-Purpose" format. I have used it extensively with most of m conservation projects and it always makes the job a great deal easier as well as works at removal of dirt and encrustation with minimal mechanical conservation simply by soaking! Patience and soaking will loosen the dirt quickly based on the type of encrustation on the coins. It works with all encrustations I have encountered; however, some types of encrustation are more stubborn than others. This product even comes with a plastic cup and attached lid to soak the coins and store them as well as an instruction card & Applicator tips. Tip: Keep the lid on the container while soaking your coins as the liquid will evaporate if left open to atmosphere. I've found that one container of solution last for several coin cleaning projects.
