This came up as a1930s paper dispenser box that plays music. The music box portion does work. It is in overall good shape. There's an interesting paper label on the back that names the two waltzes the music box plays. It is ready to hang. I would display a vintage kitchen towel from it. One of the screws from the back is missing. see photos. But aside from that it's a fun little old piece! Unique for sure!
