This is The White House Bicentennial Folio, a commemorative collector's set produced by the Postal Commemorative Society in 1992. It was released to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the laying of the White House cornerstone in 1792. The complete folio contains several high-value historical and numismatic items: 1992 White House Bicentennial Silver Dollar: A commemorative 90% silver coin featuring the North Portico on the obverse and architect James Hoban on the reverse. Commemorative Stamps: Includes a "Flag Over White House" stamp issued for the anniversary.
