Scarce 1934 Casterman softcover edition of La Légende d’Albert Ier, Roi des Belges by Paul Werrie, featuring illustrations by Hergé. A wonderful early Belgian historical work tied to the famed creator of Tintin, making it highly collectible for Hergé and European book collectors alike. Original wraps with significant age wear, edge chipping, and losses, but still an impressive and uncommon piece of early Hergé-associated ephemera.
