My dad was diagnosed with colon cancer in September. He had surgery in December, and afterward we found out it had spread to his lymph nodes, making it stage III. He’s now going through chemotherapy and radiation. We’ve been doing our best to handle everything as a family, but the medical bills have added up to nearly $500,000, which is more than we can manage on our own.
