This is carnage number 797, a hot topic exclusive from Marvel. Box appears to be in pretty good shape, it looks like maybe there was some sticker residue on the back, at some point. Also looks like there’s some sort of line indent that you can only see when you turn it to a light. I tried to show these things in the pictures. Please see pics for more details. This does come in a soft pop protector.
