This “Only Hearts” camisole by Helena Stewart, NY is made of nylon. Helena pioneered the Inner wear/outerwear concept. She was known for the heart shaped designs on her lingerie. This cami is one of her more treasured designs with the colors used in this design of flowers and leaves made from ribbon that are designed along the front. Gathers selectively highlight the design features and flatter the figure. Cream with pin, green and cream. Small knot like feature at the top give it a feminine Grecian look.
