Product Details

A mid-century decorative black metal storage tin, typically marked 'Made in England' or associated with Daher. The hexagonal or octagonal body features a high-detail lithographed pattern of various British songbirds, including robins and finches, perched among pink cherry blossoms or floral branches against a black background. These tins often date from the 1950s to 1960s and were originally used for candy, tea, or as vanity trinket boxes. The interior usually features a gold or yellow enamel finish.
