Vintage brass candelabra, specifically a multi-arm 6-7 (7 when bowl is removed) candle holder. Many similar pieces are identified as French-style, Baroque, or Hollywood Regency in design depending on the etching. I feel like it is Art Nouveau, but antique dealers would know better. There is vertigo present, and it could use a good shining up with Brasso as it has been stored or use it with the current patina as it is a beautiful piece!
