Approx. size appears to be about 2 inches tall based on photos. Condition is vintage/pre-owned with visible age wear, including tarnish/darkening, plating loss, cloudy/aged rhinestones, surface wear, and oxidation. Clip mechanism appears present, but please review all photos for exact condition. Unsigned as far as I can see.
