Very sweet cotton wrapper dress circa 1890s with gigot sleeves! The dark blue fabric is very soft with a pattern of little yellow flowers. +++ Measurements +++ Best for an extra small. 31" bust 26" waist 56" length +++ Condition +++ Lovely condition overall for her age and wearable with care. Some small mends on the hem at the back of the skirt, likely wear a heel caught and made a tear. Missing one button and some buttons mismatched.
