Fashion/Thrifting is my healing place and now my side hustle. I love it all - every part of fashion, thrifting, sourcing, shopping and after falling into depression due to two blotched surgeries, it’s my love of building outfits and finding that golden egg at an estate sale that lifts my spirits. I decided to try to make some money using my skills and love of sustainable fashion in order to afford a better surgeon to correct the two botched surgeries performed twice by the same San Antonio surgeon. It is hard to talk about but I’m getting stronger and healing. Some may not understand. For me this is important. For me just being here is brave and no matter how long it takes every dollar goes toward the repair surgery.
