The second pat pictured has had its stamp rubbed off due to use. Authentic porcelain butter chip (pat) from the Gérard, Dufraisseix & Abbot factory in Limoges, France. with green "GDA France" stamp. Pieces feature gold encrusted scalloped edges. These delicate butter pats (butter chips) started out as blanks in France then were shipped off to be hand Painted. To the best of my research this butter pat was made between 1900 and 1930. The "A" in GDA was not added until 1900, and the style is what was commen during the Art Nouveau period. **If you are interested in this for it age or history please do your own research prior to purchase. ** **Stand NOT Included**
