Vintage bronze pendant from west African areas now known as Ghana and the Ivory Coast, and likely of Ashanti or Baule tribal origin. These were used in trade in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Necklace beads are mixed metal and natural stone. Beaded portion is 18" long and pendant is approximately 1.5"x2".
