This santa was purchased from a couple that ran a ceramic shop mamy years ago, so it was likely prepared for painting and firing, but it has been painted with paint not to be used for firing, it was painted poorly and obviously not fired. I cleaned it up and painted with Rustoleum bonded primer so it is ready for your paint. The banner is hard to read, but looked that way in other people listings. Please look at photos very closely so you can see exactly what you will be getting. The photos are part of my description.
