Set of four. These items are vintage brown porcelain spool insulators, which were originally used on power and telephone lines to keep electrical wires from touching poles or each other. These are very common industrial collectibles and generally have a low individual value unless they feature a rare maker's mark or unique glaze. A couple small nicks on one of them. They would be great to make into a correct rack by fascinating them to a board or just using them to stick bottle brush trees out of them at Christmas time.
