This item is a vintage Tina of California "Noel" Christmas latch hook rug kit. It is a new, sealed item (New Old Stock) from the 1970s or 1980s. The kit includes a printed canvas and pre-cut acrylic yarn to create a 12" x 12" pillow or wall hanging. The final design features the word "Noel" in holiday colors with holly accents. This is new in the box and sealed. The box is slightly dented in on the left hand side as pictured. There are two small holes in the plastic covering on the bottom of the box. The kit is brand new.
