Shipping fees are paid directly to Whatnot and are used to cover USPS postage and shipping insurance. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please file a claim through Whatnot. They manage shipping insurance claims and will assist with eligible refunds for packages affected by USPS. Once your order has been shipped (typically within 1–2 business days) and accepted by USPS, the postal service is responsible for its delivery and handling. While we package orders carefully and ship promptly, we cannot control delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit.
