Manufactured by Collegiate Mfg Co (Ames, Iowa), a known mid-century producer of college pennants. Made from a traditional wool/rayon felt blend with sewn top edge and original hanging ties. Based on manufacturer tag and construction, this piece dates to the mid-20th century (circa 1950s). Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition.
