Want to enjoy Maine lobster, but with less mess or hassle? Our 1 lb. bag of frozen cooked claw & knuckle meat allows you to do just that! Caught in the waters surrounding Deer Isle/Stonington, Maine, our claws & knuckles are really special — gorgeous color and incredibly sweet & tender. A 1lb bag = enough lobster for 4 to 5 lobster rolls! Our cooked lobster claw & knuckle meat is steamed, picked, vacuum-sealed in 1 lb. bags and flash frozen. Allow to thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Gently empty thawed meat into a colander and allow to drain (DO NOT PRESS OR SQUEEZE THE MEAT– this will negatively affect the taste and texture of the finished product). Allow to drain in the colander for a few minutes. It is then ready to use. This product is great when tossed with a little mayo or warmed butter, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and light herbs of your choosing for lobster rolls or lobster salad!
