This Shift was originally inspired by the komuso monks of 17th-century Japan. They used a flute called shakuhachi to blow zen, and find stillness. Chains are 26” inches This anti-anxiety shift works so long as it is used properly. (See pictures for instructions) Included with shift are 2 filters for resistance (Instructions) Simply place filter into mouth piece and push down using push rod. There will be resistance and if there is blockage than trim filter with scissors Change filters every 30 days or as needed Filters sold separately
