Product Details

Demerara and Essequibo were two adjacent Dutch river colonies along the northern coast of South America that were formally merged in 1812 to form the colony of Demerara-Essequibo. This coin originates from that region over 200 years ago and is still in an estimated VG condition with great details and with a very low mintage of only 215,000 this may be one of a small number that remain.
