I lost my son, Clay, when he was 20 years old to suicide. It is a loss I will never heal from, however it is my mission in life to raise awareness regarding suicide, mental health and depression. Together we can help end the stigma, and let others know, they matter, it is ok to not be ok, to call your mom and daddy when you need them, and to always choose life. All proceeds will be donated to a local mental health awareness charity.
