COVER THE FILM WITH A TEFLON SHEET OR PARCHMENT PAPER. PRESS FIRMLY FOR 15 SECONDS. COOL FOR 30 SECONDS. REMOVE THE FILM AND COVER WITH TEFLON OR PARCHMENT PAPER. RE-PRESS FOR 5 SECONDS. PLEASE WAIT 24-48 HOURS BEFORE WASHING.
