This is a slate gray with a very light windowpane pattern blazer from Hart Schaffner & Marx's Viracle line. Union made by ACTWU in the USA. There is no garment tag but it's wool & the tag size is 46R. There is a light discoloration on the left cuff, pointed out in the photos.
