This is a gorgeous interwar piece from the 1920s. Brand/Maker: Moritz Zdekauer (MZ) Altrohlau Origin: Czechoslovakia (Bohemia) Era: Circa 1918–1939 Pattern: Louis XIV-style scroll border in light blue/gold with multi-color floral sprays (pink roses & blue forget-me-nots). Features: Unique scalloped, square "luncheon" shape. Elegant gold-gilded rim. Official MZ Eagle backstamp with "Czechoslovakia" and "C 9" factory mark. Condition: Some light age-appropriate wear to the gold gilding, which adds to its vintage charm. Why buy? A stunning piece of European history!
