The tag was ripped out or cut out, so I can't see the date, but I would say early to mid Y2K. Again this purse doesn't look worn or used in anyway, the inside is immaculate. It Indeed has a long strap and two little straps! And it looks so good when you do either. STUNNING!!! Beautiful gold, beautiful pink, and nice amount of room. Oh wait and it could totally be used for an adult or kid!
