Personally bought new in 2014-2015-ish and have taken careful care of it. Always got tons of compliments wearing! Measurements taken flat (inches) — Size: Medium, leaning small Length (not including straps!): 25-29” Bust: 15.5-16” Waist: 14” Stretch: some, but not overly stretchy.
