This is a vintage mid-century Amico "Stream-o-Lite" electric Christmas light set, manufactured around the late 1940s. The "Constant Burn" Technology: The box boasts that "If one lamp goes out, the others stay lit!" This parallel-circuit capability was heavily marketed in the late 1940s as a premium alternative to frustrating series-wired strands where one dead bulb killed the entire string. The graphic art style are incredible for the age. The font choices and the stylized, two-tone winter forest illustrations strongly match late 1940s post-WWII packaging design.
